Reflections on unseen preparation, lasting growth, and the seasons that reveal what we've been building all along.

My idea for the Washington Impact Group was born of a simple yet powerful observation. There are brilliant, accomplished leaders in all of us who have done everything right and still feel something is missing. You’ve climbed, achieved, and arrived but feel a need for more. Not more success. More significance. I wanted to create a safe space specifically for those who are asking, "What am I building that will actually last?"
